SIINN Second Call for Proposals 2013

The SIINN Second Call for Proposals 2013 is closed

A 4.52 M€ joint call is open for the submission of innovative transnational research proposals focused on Manufactured NanoMaterials (MNMs) in the five topics described below:

  1. Over-arching aspects of Nanosafety research
  2. Exposure assessment
  3. Toxicity mechanisms
  4. Environmental impacts of MNMs
  5. Effects of MNMs on human health

Please note that not all the funding organisations participating in the call will fund each of the five call topics. For more informations please consult the Call Text.

Applicants are invited to compile a single full proposal according to the proposal template (doc) and submit via the Electronic Submission System (ESS) (available by mid July 2013). The project coordinator uploads the full proposal form in pdf format in the ESS and will enter all the administrative and financial data directly in the ESS.

For the projects selected for funding, each partner of the consortium will be funded by the respective national/regional funding organization.

All national regulations apply and each partner must contact their respective Local Contact Point (LCP) prior to submission since national applications could be requested by some countries (check Appendix B of Guidelines for Applicants):
